THI^®F-121 Eco-friendly water-based cutting fluid

This product is an eco-friendly semi-synthetic cutting fluid that does not contain heavy metal ions and nitrites. It has good cooling, lubricating, anti-rust, oil removing, cleaning, and anti-corrosion performance. Semi-synthetic cutting fluid overcomes many problems of traditional emulsions such as easy to stink in summer, difficult to dilute in winter, poor anti-rust effect, etc. It also solves the problems of poor lubrication and metal corrosion of fully synthetic cutting fluid. This product has good anti-rust and lubricating effects. It does not degenerate or stink. It is suitable for the processing of metals such as copper and aluminum.

Prepare the cutting fluid with a concentration of 5%-10%. Wear protective equipment when using and do not soak your skin in the solution for a long time.
