THI^®F-116 Acid corrosion and mist inhibitor

This product contains a variety of surfactants and active substances. This product can be added to any concentrations of acid to inhibit the volatilization of acid mist. It can also promote the removal of oil stains during the pickling process and slow down or Inhibit the corrosion of metal by hydrochloric acid. It is suitable for pickling agent at any temperatures.

①It has good fog suppression performance. Its fog suppression rate is over 85%, which significantly improves the working environment of the production plant and reduces the damage of acid mist to the plant, equipment, workers and the surrounding environment.
②It is easy and safe to use, and only needs small dosage. It is odorless, non-flammable and non-explosive.
③It also has a certain corrosion inhibition effect. It can protect the steel from acid corrosion, prevent over-pickling, and avoid pitting corrosion.

①Suitable for acid washing of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metals and different materials.
②Suitable for various boilers, coolers, heaters, reactors, internal combustion engine cooling systems, receptacles, water and sewage systems, air conditioning systems and other equipment.
③Suitable for acid washing with various inorganic acids, organic acids and mixed acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, citric acid, sulfamic acid, oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, etc.

Add about 0.5KG-1KG per square meter according to the surface area of the pickling tank. When replenish the acid, replenish this product proportionally.
