THI^®F-123 Rust Remover

This product is composed of a variety of rust removal additives. It can be sprayed directly on the metal surface. It does not contain strong acids, heavy metals or nitrous acid substances, and it has no pungent odor. It solves the problems of rapid and serious re-corrosion after rust removing of other traditional hydrochloric acid rust removers.

Suitable for rust removal of auto parts, molds, rebars and accessories.

Brushing and spraying: Put the rust remover into a sprinkling can or sprayer and spray the rust remover on the surface of the workpiece. Leave it on the surface for 2-5 minutes to remove rust. After the rust is removed, use high-pressure water to rinse off the peeled oxide rust. Note: The spraying method is suitable for rust removal of steel bars stored for 1-6 months; heavily rusted rebars stored for more than one year requires immersion treatment or scrubbing with iron brushes or coarse wire brushes.
Immersion: immerse the rebars and workpiece into the rust remover. Take out the workpiece after the rust removing process is completed and rinse it with high pressure water before use.

This product is acidic, and it is irritating to human skin and mucous membranes. Please wear latex gloves during operation and be careful not to contact with skin and eyes. The operation should be gentle to prevent splashing of liquid.
When using this product, a plastic container should be used, and it cannot be put on the cement floor, floor tiles, or ceramic tiles for a long time. If you accidentally touched this product, immediately rinse it off with clean water.
