THI^®F-311 Low-Foam Ultrasonic Cleaner

This product is an efficient and eco-friendly water-based cleaner developed by our company for ultrasonic cleaning. It has excellent emulsification, decomposition and decontamination performance. It can thoroughly clean all kinds of oil stains left by metalworking oils after mechanical processing, and the cleaning rate can reach 99.9%. it can be used at room temperature which avoids the disadvantages of traditional thermal cleaning and solvent cleaning. This is a new type of eco-friendly product.

①Suitable for grease and stains on the surfaces of various industrial production equipment and parts after processing and other organic substances degreasing and washing. (such as lubricating oil, paraffin oil, light oil, sulfonated oil, naphtha, anti-rust oil, petroleum jelly, coal tar, carbon deposits, rubber Physique, exhaust gas condensate, etc.)
②Suitable for soaking, spraying, roller washing, ultrasonic cleaning, gasification cleaning and high temperature thermal cleaning of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Dilute this product to about 3%-5% of the total volume. Use the diluted solution to clean at room temperature or higher temperature (the temperature should not exceed 60℃), and it can be cleaned manually or automatically. After using for a while, the cleaning effect will be reduced due to the consumption of the cleaning agent, so the original cleaner should be replenished accordingly.
