THI^®F-321 Nonferrous Metal Cleaning Agent

This product can thoroughly clean all kinds of oil stains left by metal after machining, and the cleaning rate can reach 99.9%. It can be used for cleaning at room temperature, which avoids the disadvantages of traditional thermal cleaning and solvent cleaning. It is a new kind of environmentally friendly products.

① It is suitable for the oil stain cleaning of aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, copper parts and other parts in automobile, motorcycle, aircraft manufacturing and other industrial manufacturing sectors.
②Suitable for cleaning before chemical film formation treatment such as oxidation and phosphating of various non-ferrous metals.
②Suitable for soaking, spraying, roller washing, ultrasonic cleaning, gasification cleaning and high temperature heating cleaning.

Dilute this product to about 3%-5% of the total volume. Use the diluted solution to clean at room temperature or higher temperature (the temperature should not exceed 60℃), and it can be cleaned manually or automatically. After using for a while, the cleaning effect will be reduced due to the consumption of the cleaning agent, so the original cleaner should be replenished accordingly.
