THI^®F-405 Anti-Spatter Agent for Welding

This product is a thickened product of THIF-402 anti-spatter agent for welding. Spraying and brushing this product on both sides of the weld seam before welding will significantly reduce the fall of welding slag. Some welding slag sticking to the surface can be wiped off with a rag. The surface does not have any trace or rust left, and there is no effect on subsequent coating.

①Better welding slag removing effect than our THI®F – 402 anti-spatter agent. The welding slag can fall off naturally after using the anti-spatter agent, or it can be removed with a light touch.
②Stable chemical properties, heat resistant, odorless, non-volatile, non-corrosive, and eco-friendly.
③Good spreadability, no leaks on the surface after spraying, does not affect the welding quality.

Before welding, spray or paint the anti-spatter agent on the place where the welding slag falls. Try to prevent the anti-spatter from flowing into the welding seam. you can directly weld the product whether it is dry or wet, and the welding slag will be easily removed by knocking on it after welding.
Each kilogram of anti-spatter agent can paint about 40 square meters of metal surface or about 150 meters of welding seam.
