THI^®F-406 anti-spatter agent for welding

This product is a new type of anti-spatter agent developed for welding with subsequent spraying and coating processes. After spraying the anti-spatter agent on the surface of the weldment, it can effectively prevent spatter from sticking on the metal during welding. The welding slag can be easily removed by knocking on it. This product has few residues after welding and is easy to remove. The welding slag can be shot blasted or wiped off with a rag. It will be easier if it is washed with water or acid. It will not affect the subsequent plating, coating and other processes.

Before welding, spray or paint the anti-spatter agent on the place where the welding slag falls. Try to prevent the anti-spatter from flowing into the welding seam. you can directly weld the product whether it is dry or wet, and the welding slag will be easily removed by knocking on it after welding.
Each kilogram of anti-spatter agent can paint about 40 square meters of metal surface or about 150 meters of welding seam.
