THI^®F-407 Anti-spatter agent for welding

This product is a new product specially developed for multi-layer and multi-pass welding. It has good stability, simple operation, safe to use and eco-friendly. This product only needs to be sprayed once and can be welded multiple times, which can significantly improve working efficiency, significantly reduce welding slag, and improve the surface smoothness of workpiece.

②When welding, the welding slag splashed on the metal surface coated with this product can naturally fall off, or it can be removed with a gentle wipe.

①Suitable for electric welding, argon arc welding, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, laser welding and cutting. It is especially suitable for multi-layer and multi-pass welding, welding fixtures, etc.

Before welding, spray or paint the anti-spatter agent on the place where the welding slag falls. Try to prevent the anti-spatter from flowing into the welding seam. you can directly weld the product whether it is dry or wet, and the welding slag will be easily removed by knocking on it after welding.
Each kilogram of anti-spatter agent can paint about 40 square meters of metal surface or about 150 meters of welding seam.
