THI^®F-408 anti-spatter agent for welding (for stainless steel)

This product is an anti-spatter agent developed for welding slag splash. After spraying this product on the surface of the weldment, a layer of emulsified film is formed on the welding surface. The film is thin and has no leaks. It has excellent spreadability and isolates the welding slag and the welding surface. The slag removal operation is simple and thorough. This anti-spatter agent improves the appearance and quality of the weldment, while also keeps the surface of the weldment smooth and clean.

Before welding, spray or paint the anti-spatter agent on the place where the welding slag falls. Try to prevent the anti-spatter from flowing into the welding seam. you can directly weld the product whether it is dry or wet, and the welding slag will be easily removed by knocking on it after welding.
Each kilogram of anti-spatter agent can paint about 40 square meters of metal surface or about 150 meters of welding seam.
