THI^®F-409 Anti-blocking agent for welding tip

This product is mainly used to protect the welding nozzle of the welding torch and the nozzle of the gas cutting torch and to keep the nozzles smooth and clean. It can effectively prevent clogging, extend the service life of nozzles, reduce the consumption of backup parts, and improve the welding quality and welding efficiency. It is more eco-friendly than traditional petroleum-based anti-blocking paste, and it is smokeless and odourless. This product also has the function of cooling the gun nozzle and preventing burns.

It is suitable for welding torch nozzles, gas cutting gun nozzles, and conductive nozzles. This product is also suitable for continuous use of welding nozzles of automated robot welding machines.

Directly put the welding gun nozzle, gas cutting gun nozzle, and conductive tip into the anti-blocking agent. The nozzle can work continuously for 2-3 hours after applied with the anti-block agent. Then put the nozzle into the anti-blocking agent again to continue the operation.

Commonly used anti-blocking products on the market are paste-like anti-blocking cream, which is packed in small boxes and is more convenient to use, but the disadvantage is that solid paste can cause more smoke during operation, and the packaging cost is high which makes the overall production cost high. The anti-blocking agent produced by our company is liquid, and it can be poured into a small box when used. It has little smoke and costs less. The anti-blocking effect of both products are the same.
