THIF-512A gear quenching oil is suitable for small and micro gears which have high deformation requirements;
THIF-512B gear quenching oil is suitable for light and medium-duty vehicle gears, motorcycle gears, mini-vehicle gears, synchronizer gears, transmission gears, etc.
THIF-515 Bearing quenching oil
THIF-515A bearing quenching oil is suitable for the quenching of medium and large bearing rings and rolling elements such as GCr15 and GCr15SiMn.
THIF-515B bearing quenching oil is suitable for the quenching of medium-sized bearing rings and rollers.
THIF-515C bearing quenching oil is suitable for the quenching of small bearing rings and small rollers.
THIF-516 Fast quenching oil
①It can be used for the quenching of medium and low-carbon alloy structural steel and carbon structural steel with low hardenability.
②Mainly used for open quenching tank.
③It is mainly suitable for quenching of thick and large workpieces which require high quenching hardness and high core hardness.
THIF-518 Graded Austempering Quenching Oil
Suitable for controllable atmosphere multi-purpose furnace, continuous furnace, mesh belt furnace, etc. Mainly used for carburizing or carbonitriding gears, clutches, thin-walled bearing rings, ring carburizing, high chromium cast iron and other types of martensite quenching.
THIF-520 quenching oil
The used quenching oil can be restored by adding the addictive. When the used quenching oil no longer meet the production requirements due to product technical conditions, such as insufficient hardness and poor luster, add additives to the used oil to prepare a new quenching oil that meets the requirements.
