THI^®F-6066 Heat-Resistant Hard Film Antirust Oil

Compared with our THI®F-606 hard film antirust oil, this product has better heat resistance and better compatibility with metals. It can form a dense and strong protective hard film on the metal surface, which has effective antirust performance. It is especially suitable for rust and corrosion prevention of mechanical equipment operating at high temperature. Once applied, it can prevent rust for more than 2 years.

①The oil film is firm, does not crack, and has good adhesion. The metal surface is dry and non-stick.
②Fast film formation and fast drying.
③Highly heat resistant, the film will not melt when the equipment is operated at high temperature.
④It has good antirust performance and salt spray resistance. It lasts more than 48 hours in neutral salt spray test.

Suitable for steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum, galvanized sheet and other metal parts. Suitable for long-term storage of machine tools, tools, instruments, hardware, electroplated parts, vehicles, ships, etc.

①Directly apply the antirust oil by soaking, spraying, brushing or wiping.
②The metal surface needs to be cleaned and dried before applying or spraying antirust oil, otherwise it will affect the antirust performance.
③When applying this antirust oil, make sure to apply evenly and not missing any part. Incomplete film formation will affect the antirust performance.

①This product should be sealed after use to prevent water seepage and volatilization.
②It is strictly forbidden to open flames. Pay attention to ventilation and be careful of fire hazards.
③When packaging and storing, try to avoid collisions between the workpieces to avoid damage to the oil film.
④The metal after anti-rust treatment needs to be packaged and sealed after the surface has dried and formed a hard film.
