①The expansion tank and oil storage tank must be installed in the heating circulation system and have a certain volume to ensure safe operation.
②It is better to add a filter in the pipeline of the circulation system, and clean and replace the filter regularly.
③Keep the entire heating and circulation system away from water and debris.
④ Oil-resistant, pressure-resistant and heat-resistant graphite gaskets should be used at the valve and flange joints to prevent hot oil leakage.
⑤ The equipment should be cleaned when changing the conduction oil to achieve the best performance. (Our company can provide heat conduction oil replacement cleaning agent to quickly clean heavy grease, oil coke, and sludge in the heat-conducting oil system.) Mixing different heat conduction oils need to be approved by our company before they can be mixed and used.
