THI^®F-612 series high-speed drawing oil (punching and shearing oil)

This series of products are synthesized from highly refined, desulfurized, dechlorinated and dearomatized low-viscosity base oil, as well as synthetic ester lubricate, anti-wear additives, antirust agent and antioxidants. It is suitable for sheet stamping and high-speed stamping products such as motor cores, silicon steel, carbon steel, surface heat-treated steel and non-ferrous metals. It is also used for forming and stamping aluminum fins, copper tube cutting and bending processing in automobile air conditioners, household air conditioners, and refrigerator radiators. It can also be widely used in the blanking processing of copper sheets, copper strips and silicon steel sheets with a thickness of less than 0.5 mm.

①It is synthesized from low boiling point base oil. It has a high volatilization rate after stamping. there is no residue or trace left after blanking, and there is no need to clean the workpiece.

It can ensure that there are no scratches and strains on the surface of the workpiece, and it can effectively extend the service life of the cutting tools.
④ It does not contain heavy metals or any other harmful substances, and the aromatic hydrocarbon content is extremely low. It has no corrosive effect on the paint and the surface coating of the workpiece. This series of products barely have any odour.
