THI^®F-613 volatile punching oil

This product is made of highly volatile base oil compounded with high-efficiency mold release agent and extreme pressure anti-wear agent. It is suitable for stamping and forming of thin steel plate, thin copper alloy plate, and thin aluminum alloy plate. It has good lubrication and demoulding effect. It can volatilize in a short time and leaves no scratches or oil stains on the surface. It has good lubricity, extreme pressure resistance, heavy-load capacity and anti-sintering ability.

①Good rust resistance, corrosion resistance, lubricity, and extreme pressure resistance. It can effectively prevent drawing residue and explosion of the mold and workpiece, improving product quality and mold service life.
②It is synthesized from low boiling point base oil. It has a high volatilization rate after stamping. there is no residue or trace left after blanking, and there is no need to clean the workpiece.
③This series of products have excellent lubricating performance and good forming ability, which improve the production efficiency and workpiece processing quality. It can ensure that there are no scratches and strains on the surface of the workpiece, and it can effectively extend the service life of the cutting tools.
④ It does not contain heavy metals or any other harmful substances, and the aromatic hydrocarbon content is extremely low. It has no corrosive effect on the paint and the surface coating of the workpiece. This series of products barely have any odour.
