THI^®F-702 Anti-wear hydraulic oil

This product is made of refined base oil and high-quality additives. Internationally advanced production technology is used for its production. It can be widely used in various hydraulic systems of industrial equipment. The anti-wear hydraulic oil is divided into 22, 32, 46, 68 grades according to the different kinematic viscosity at 40°C. the products not only has excellent anti-wear performance, but also has good anti-oxidation, anti-emulsification, anti-foam, anti-rust and other properties.

① The product is Heat resistant and has strong anti-oxidation and anti-sludge generation ability, which greatly improves the performance and cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
②It has excellent anti-wear performance, which can effectively reduce equipment wear and extend service life.
③Excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance. This product can effectively prevent rust and corrosion of hydraulic equipment.
④Excellent hydrolytic separability. The oil and water can be separated quickly, which can prevent oil emulsification and ensure that the oil is not aging.
⑤Good defoaming performance, which can effectively prevent oil foaming and deterioration.
⑥ Small volume expansion coefficient, large specific heat capacity, low pour point and freezing point, high flash point and ignition point.

①Hydraulic oil is widely used in the hydraulic systems of metallurgy, mining, engineering machinery, automobiles, airplanes, transportation tools, machine tools.
② Suitable for the hydraulic system of medium and high-pressure construction machinery, imported equipment and vehicles. Such as the hydraulic systems of CNC machine tools, tunnel boring machines, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators and coal shearers.
③ In addition to the medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems, it can also be used for the lubrication of medium load industrial gears (except worm gears and hypoid gears). The suitable temperature of its application is -10℃ to 40℃. This product has good adaptability with nitrile rubber.

① Keep the hydraulic system clean and remove the sludge and metal chips in the oil tank timely.
②Change the hydraulic oil according to the oil change reference index. When changing the oil, all parts of the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent impurities from being mixed into the oil and affecting the performance. The new oil must be filtered before being injected into the oil tank.
④When storing and using the hydraulic oil, the container and refueling tools must be clean to prevent the oil from being contaminated.
