THI^®F-629 Bactericide for quenching fluid

This product is a water-soluble cationic polymer bactericide which made by polymerization of epichlorohydrin and amines. It is specially developed by our company for quenching liquid sterilization. Because the polymer has a strong positive charge and a high molecular weight, it has two features of strong electric neutralization and adsorption bridging. Impurities and bacteria in the quenching liquid contact with each other, collide, destabilize, condense into aggregates of a certain size, and finally settle by gravity.

It has excellent antibacterial effect. It can kill or inhibit a variety of microorganisms, has good stability, and can be used in the range of neutral to strong alkaline conditions. It does not corrode metals and can completely solve the problem of blacken and stink of quenching liquid.

Add this product to the quenching liquid. The amount of addition is 0.1% of the quenching liquid. After a while, the quenching liquid can restore its original color and the bad odor disappears.

Sampling the used blackened and deteriorated quenching liquid (left plastic bottle) from a customer and put it into the beaker, add two drops of our bactericide and let the color return (right beaker).
