THI^®X-128textile printing and dyeing defoamer

This product is designed for textile sizing and dyeing processes. It has excellent compatibility and rapid, long-lasting foam suppression effect. It can maintain defoaming effects under strong acid, strong alkaline and strong mechanical stirring and shearing conditions.

It is suitable for textile sizing, coating, printing, dyeing, high temperature dying, pulping, desizing, bleaching, auxiliary production, etc.

①Weaving process: the defoamer can be added directly to the slurry tank, or it can be added after dilution with water. The recommended amount is 0.1%-0.3%, and the amount should be adjusted according to the foaming situation. The defoamer must be stirred well before use. The defoamer will have a better defoaming effect if it is added before emulsion polymerization.
②Printing and dyeing process: it can be added in processes such as desizing, refining, bleaching, dyeing, finishing, according to the amount of foam and process requirements.
