THI^®X-278 water-based organosilicon defoamer

This product is a water-based defoamer specially made for water-based foaming system. It has excellent defoaming and foam supressing abilities. It is a widely applicable organosilicon defoamer.

① It can be diluted by lager amount of water, it has good compatibility with the foaming medium, and can be quickly dispersed in water.
② Excellent defoaming and anti-foaming properties.
③ Good stability, the product diluent is even and stable, with no floating oil or flocculation.
④ Heat resistant, acid and alkali resistant, can maintain good defoaming performance in different applications (within PH4-12 range).
⑤ Small dosage and easy to use.

Suitable for defoaming in water treatment, metalworking fluid (cutting fluid, etc.), water-based paint, metal cleaning, papermaking, construction materials, water-based adhesives, textile printing and dyeing, water-soluble ink, industrial cleaning, oilfield industries, desulfurization industries, pesticides and fertilizers, fermentation ,mining and beneficiation, rubber industries and other water-based system in various industries and production processes.

①this product can be added after the foam is generated or added as a foam suppression component. the amount of defoamer added is between 0.01% ~ 0.2%, depending on different using conditions. The exact amount of dosage should be determined by the customer according to the specific circumstances.
②Directly add to the environment of the medium of use or dilute with appropriate amount of water before use. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution.
