THI^®X-288 Polyether defoamers

This product is a silicon-free defoamer. Compare to silicon defoamers, this product will not break emulsion under high temperature conditions. This product greatly meets the technical requirements of industries that cannot use silicon defoamers. This series of products has many types, and it is suitable for defoaming in different industries.

Suitable for various industries such as water treatments, metalworking fluids (especially lubricating oils and cutting fluids), water-based coatings, industrial cleaning, desulfurization, papermaking, paints and inks, textile printing and dyeing, pesticides and fertilizers, mining and beneficiation, smelting, adhesives, petroleum exploitation and it is suitable for defoaming under high temperature, strong alkali and strong acid conditions. It is also often used in the fermentation industry and the food industry such as pharmaceuticals, dairy production, sugar industry, extraction, and sauce and vinegar brewing.

①this product can be added after the foam is generated or added as a foam suppression component. the amount of defoamer added is between 0.05% ~ 0.1%, depending on different using conditions. The exact amount of dosage should be determined by the customer according to the specific circumstances.
②If it is used in fermentation, it can be added in the base material, the amount of addition is 0.05%-0.1%. It can also be added into the tank at a later stage. It can be stirred by steam during the process.
