THI^®X-289 Defoamer for asbestos tile/calcium silicate board

This defoamer is developed for the production of asbestos tiles and calcium silicate boards. It effectively eliminates and suppresses the foam generated during the production of asbestos tiles and does not affect the strength of the product. It improves the working environment for the workers and improves the quality of the product.

①Excellent dispersibility, can be evenly dispersed in aqueous environment.
②Excellent defoaming and anti-foaming effect, which is 3-5 times better than other similar products. The anti-foaming time is up to 72 hours.
③Highly cost effective. The dosage is 0.02～0.05%, which is 1/3-1/2 of general defoamer dosage.
④ Stable chemical properties, resistant to strong acid and alkali, resistant to high temperature.
⑤Good compatibility with other additives and has no adverse effect on other properties of asbestos tiles.
⑥Can replace the use of carbon black and improve the working environment for workers.

It is suitable for construction materials industries such as asbestos tile, calcium silicate board, gypsum board, cement tile, red tile, cement asbestos board and cement manhole cover industries.

①When it is used for the first time, dilute with water and pour into tank to circulate so that the defoamer can be dispersed.
②In the later step, dropping method can be used. Dosage reference: 3-4kg defoamer is required to produce 3000-4000 tiles.
