This series of defoamers are newly developed for the desulfurization reactions in power plants. This series of defoamers contain A, B, C three types of defoamers. These defoamers can quickly eliminate and suppress foam in the desulfurization tower, control the liquid level, eliminate the false high liquid level caused by foaming, reduce waste caused by slurry overflow and greatly improve the desulfurization efficiency.
①Fast-defoaming, effectively prevents the overflow of the slurry, long-lasting foam suppression effect. It can be added once per shift.
② Stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistant, heat resistant, does not break emulsion and no floating oil.
③ Small dosage, can be quickly dispersed in water, well compatible with liquid products.
④ Chloride free, non-corrosive to the equipment, will not cause poisoning of the slurry.
⑤ No residue, no adversely affect to the subsequent sewage treatment, gypsum dehydration, ammonium salt crystallization and other processes.

It is used for desulfurization and decarbonization processes in power plant/thermal power plant. It is applicable to a variety of desulfurization methods such as wet limestone desulfurization, magnesium desulfurization, ammonia desulfurization, etc.
Adding point: add into the pit for makeup water. If there is no pit, it can be added in the desulfurization tower.
Adding method: add intermittently at a fixed frequency or add continuously with a metering pump.
Amount of addition and frequency:
①Addition amount: add relatively large amount of defoamer when the foam is just about to overflow the absorption tower. The approximate amount of addition is 1-4ppm. The actual amount of addition should be based on the amount of foam, amount of flue gas, coal quality and composition, combustion process, absorption agent and the amount of sulfur dioxide. The final dosage can be determined according to the actual situation. Generally, the foam will be suppressed within 5 minutes after addition so that it can prevent the slurry from overflowing.
② Frequency of addition: Generally, it is added once per shift. The specific frequency of addition depends on the amount of foam in the absorption tower.
