THI^®X-559 delayed coking defoamer

This product is specially developed for the foam layer of the delayed coking device. It has a good defoaming effect on various heavy oils and light oils. It effectively solves the clogging problem of the fractionating column tray, air cooler and water cooler. It improves the yield of light oil and has no adverse effect on downstream processing.

It is suitable for defoaming of delayed coking process in oil refinery, refining processing and desulfurization and decarbonization in fertilizer production.

It is usually added from the top of the coke drum. In the meantime, steam should be injected at the injection point of the defoamer to prevent high-temperature residual oil from entering the injection point and causing coking and clogging. The dosage of defoamer is 3ppm to 10ppm. It can be added after diluted with solvent oil.
